You have chosen ‘I have received a QR code’. This QR code will have been sent in an email that you received from your care provider or advisor. Open this email on another computer, display the QR code on the screen of the other computer and scan this QR code with your phone.

You may first be asked to allow the FP app to use the camera.

If you are currently with your care provider or advisor, they can display the QR code on their screen and you can scan it from there onto your phone.

By scanning the QR code, the FP app knows which type of assistance is involved and immediately starts the right application. The application helps to visit the correct data sources, collect your data and allows you to share the retrieved data.

Some applications in the FP app do not require a QR code. You can select and execute it directly.
